I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS TSX!!!! Ms. Natalie S. 5 Radley Acura I was buying my initial new automobile after graduating college. I did all kinds of investigation and after calling Radley Acura and speaking to Charles Douglas, my search was over. He carefully listened to what I needed and carefully selected the model I required and he was totally accurate. He spent time with the setup of the automobile...bluetooth, etc. and made my initial service appointment for me. I completely LOVE this TSX. I would suggest Radley to anyone and give them TEN stars if I could.

............SATISFIED............ The service consultant Sherman Hashi is the very best service individual I have ever dealt with. He takes the extra step to follow-up and makes positive that I am satisfied with his work. I have owned 4 Acuras in the pawst 11 years and have been serviced at 6 dealerships in 3 various cities. What makes me come back to Radely Acura is the service from this particular consultant. I have suggested over 5 friends to service their Acura's with him.

I'M GLAD THAT HAPPENED..!!! by Randy 10/31/2007 Extremely pleasant purchasing experience. My wife and I had been looking for a new automobile, had carried out plenty of study prior and decided on a couple of models to go test drive. We intially went to another Acura dealer in the region, but they didn't have the model we wanted to test drive so we came here. I'm glad that happened. Our salesperson was really accomidating and there were none of the 'high pressure' gimmicks that I've encountered elsewhere. He answered all our questions and ensured we knew everything about the dealership and service center (in other words, "why acquire at Radley") to our satisfaction. I was pleased when I was purchasing the vehicle to discover out the Radley does oil changes and state inspections as long as you own the automobile. My wife just took the vehicle in for the initial service (had it for about 6 months now) and couldn't have been more pleased with how she was treated. They treated the auto like it they owned it (plastic on the seats, disposable floor mats used, cleaned the automobile, etc) and had been very competent and professional about the service (admittedly, it was only for an oil change, belt/fluid check, and a tire rotation).
